Dear NP archers, Regarding to this weekend's NTU Open/Pesta Sukan Competition, Novice class and Standard class archers are to report at Zheng Hua National Range by 7.40am sharp . Fita 900 archers and supporters are to report at the range by 9am . Team members are to give each other morning call before you leave for the competition. Late comers without valid reason may be suspend from competing in the Inter-School competition. All other non-competing archers are to be down at the range to support those who are competing. Strictly covered shoes ONLY! NO slippers/sandals. All competing archers are to come in the green/blue jersey on both Saturday and Sunday (If the team is qualified for the Team Event). Other non-competing archers may come in any NP Archery club shirt. For Saturday, competing archers may come in either black track pants or black/dark blue shorts. Sunday, all competing archers are to come in black/dark blue shorts ONLY! Ladies please bring along the black camp T-Shi

Dear NP archers, A reminder for Monday's training , please come at 9am sharp and have all your equipments ready like fletching of arrows and etc. The training will start off with the selection trial for the Poly-ITE competition on 6th Oct , then lunch break, follow by a few sets of shooting. Training will end around 3pm. As for the trial details, please scroll down and check the previous entries. Archers who are holding on to the school's fletching jigs, please bring them down tomorrow and try to reach early, as many other archers need to use the jigs too. Tuesday training , since the school field was booked by the NPSU from 10am to 1pm, so we will try to shoot from 9 to 10, then have some bow training, chit-chat session and lunch break, then resume shooting again from 1pm to 3pm. Dear Archers, There are some confusion around as to when is the training. Tomorrow ( saturday ), will be a compulsory training for all archers going for the Pesta Sukan. And on Sunday, there will be also training, but this is not compulsory. Now to the following week, Monday (27/8/07) there will be a compulsory trial for all. This trial is to choose people to partake in the POLITE event- details have been posted by Silie, scroll down and look. Than now, Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays are all compulsory trainings for the Pesta Sukan. Well than, till the next time we meet. -benjamin

The distance for this competition are: Standard - 30m(122cm) and 30m(80cm) C-Class - 50m(122cm) and 30m(80cm) Open Recurve - double 70m(122cm) There are limited number of teams each school are allow to send. And the selection trial for this competition will be on 27/08/07 (Monday), 9am in school due to the registration dealine, by 1st Sept. Hi NP archers, School Trainings will stop from this week onward, in order for us to prepare for our up coming exams/tests, and will resume as soon as 25th Aug (Saturday) to train for Pesta Sukan Competition which is on the 1st and 2nd Spet. But archers are advices to do bow training and some physical training on your own. The Pesta Sukan Team results will be posted up by this coming weekend. Dear NP Archers, Forget to mention that for those archers who are not able to hit 50m, you may still take part in the Novice event for the Pesta Sukan competition. Which you will be shooting double 20m(122 face) and a team event. So don't just give up. =) And for this Saturday Trial Shoot, each archer are to find a partner and share one clip board and bring it on Saturday. So 2 archers to a clip board. This is for scoring purpose. Please don't take this trial lightly, be more serious huh. Strictly no talking on shooting line. Bring your filled water bottle and 9am start warm up. Don't be late!
