Heyy fellow archers, Here are the updates for AGM. Date:29 Dec 2007/ Saturday Time:10am (danny chang, you forgot to add this on the invitational cards.) Venue:LT51A Dress Code:Semi Formal Male:Top-long sleeve formal shirt Bottoms:Jeans Shoes:whatever you feel like wearing;no slippers please. Female:Top-formal Bottom-skirt or jeans( you can choose not to wear anything) joking!! Shoes-Anything; no slippers. Now, I would like to bring to your attention that we have a certain budget for this AGM. And this budget can be used for a buffet at AGM or a BBQ some other day. We have decided to used the budget for BBQ because of obvious reasons. We would like to chip some money to get little snacks for the Directors and leavers to eat. Dear Archers, For this coming week, our usual weekend Training will be shift forward to Friday as we will be having our AGM this Saturday. So come at 9.00am SHARP at the field. Dear Archers For those who are coming for the training camp, we will be meeting at 0659 hr SHARP at NP Bus Stop on Monday. If there is any late comer(s), the whole team will be punish. So try to give each other a morning call. :) Please come in our green / blue Jersey with black shorts or track pants and track shoes. For those who have not hand in your Indemnity forms, please do so by Monday morning if not you will not be allow to stay overnight in the campus. The indemnity form for the coming Training/Bonding Camp, please get one yourself from SDAR office and complete the form and pass it to me during this Saturday's Training. Failure to do so, you will not be allow to stay overnight in school. Thank you and please cooperate. -Silie

URGENT!!! Archers who are coming for the camp which will be held from 17th(Mon) to 19th(Wed), please send me your FULL Name FULL Student Number Course / Year Contact Number via SMS or MSN ASAP!!!!! My number is 98232845. I need to submit the list of archers who are staying overnight by this Thursday. Please take note that this Training/Bonding Camp is compulsory for all competitive archers. Anyone who are not able to attend or come on any particular day, please inform me. Archers who are unable to attend this Camp without informing me, would be suspended from the club. And please bring some paper and writing material to note down on what items to bring and some details of the camp. Thank you. -Silie

Dear archers, Our long awaited IVP jackets are finally ready. Some of us will be meeting up at NP bus stop tomorrow at 5pm. Anyone who are interested to get their jackets tml may join us. As for those who are not coming with us, you will get your jacket only on the 15th Dec when our training resumes. Thank you. - Silie

Hello NP Archers, There will not be any training until 15 th Dec , the Saturday of the Common Test week. So please come at 9am sharp, at the field. Archers who have made orders/purchases with Mr Tang may still come down to meet him next Saturday or you may also like to make another arrange with him. We will have a training camp during the 2 weeks break, most likely the camp will be held from 17/12/07(Monday) to 19/12/07(Wednesday), a 3 days 2 nights camp. Shawn, Grace, Hui Fang, Han loon and myself are assigned to plan out the training schedule. Further details will be updated in the next 2 weeks. A gentle reminder, archers with low attendance will be remove from the club . I have already noted a few archers who are not very regular. Constantly using work as excuses is not a very valid reason. If any of you are not able to attend any training, please kindly inform the in-charging captains . And archers who are quitting or quited, please contact Ranier for the returning of the club
