Hi guys, This is the latest news which will overwrite what you all may have heard/read/seen. From this day forth, all archers will be deemed to be competitive. Wouldn't everybody like the chance to represent the school and take part in competitions? In the long run, it'd benefit you, the school and everyone else. As for training hours, Thursdays and Saturdays are compulsory for all archers. So yes, Tuesdays will be optional. HOWEVER, you are all still strongly advised to turn up for all trainings. If you are unable to turn up for any training, all reasons must be submitted to your captain/vice-captains and it will be up to them to approve whether or not it's valid. Since you're competitive archers, you will all be able to participate in the trials before every competition. However, if your attendance is not up to standards, you may not be selected to represent the club. This will be despite your totally awesome scores. Regarding to the Open House 2010, I need the registration to be done by the 6th of December. So for anyone who wants to register, please give me your names, days and time slot that you want to be in. Okay, now ignore the roster. Whoever wants to register, it is possible to register for any time slots you want because some of the seniors have a lot of CCA points and so they don't need it. I will only accept any change till 6th December. After that, there will be no more change. So if you want to kick people with a lot of CCA points out, do it now. I repeat, ignore the roster above. (I am just placing it there because I think it looks plain without it) Aven

Open House 2010 is coming up. It is one of the major events that is important to us. We not only get to promote our club as a whole, but also let others have a feel what archery is all about through a mini fun shoot that we will be holding. It is also a good bonding session between our club and the other clubs located around our booth. Open House 2010 is held on the 7th (Thursday), 8th (Friday) and the 9th (Saturday) of January. There will be 2 shifts on each day. 11am to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm Excuse letters will be given. 1 Service CCA point will be given for each session but it will be capped at 3 Service CCA points for Open House 2010. Eight helpers will be needed for each session. First come first served basis. Report to Aven for registration, his email is a_desperad0@hotmail.com Even if all the slots are taken up, it does not mean that we don't require your services. It would be of great help and will be appreciated. I expect all Comm. members to help out on Saturday due to the cro
