URGENT To all Ngee Ann Archers shooting 70M. There will be upcoming national trail this Sunday , 2/1/11 and 30/1/11. In order to get into national team this year, you must shoot the required score for the category twice consecutively . If possible, going for this sunday trail is highly recommended as the time and dates for the thrid trail is not out yet, or there might not even be one. So this might be your only chance to get into the national team. Trail Detail - Recurve Double 70m - 640 (Elite Team with full subsidy) 625 (Elite Team) 570 (Development Team) Compound Double 50m - 10-5 ring 80cm target face. Archers, I still have not receive many replies regarding the slots you want for open house. May I remind all you that the deadline is TODAY . Anyone who has not replied shall be placed at any one of the slots :) In addition, please be reminded that the AGM is this Wednesday. Hello Archers, As you all may already know, NP Archery will be participating in this year's Open House 2011. The annual Open House will be one of the largest platform for the school and US to showcase the awesomeness of Ngee Ann. We will probably be meeting potential archers who may be joining us when school reopens. Then there will be the CCA Fiesta etc etc. We have been invited by Ngee Annto be one of the main showcase for the Sports section during the Open House. From my understanding, archery will be one of the very few sports club there other than Dragon Boat, which provides hands-on experience for those attending the open house. So, this will be a big advantage and opportunity for us to show-off our awesomeness :))) Below will be the timeslots for the 3 days of the Open House. Hi Archers! I hope you are having a good time during the holidays. Do go and shoot whenever the field is booked as often as possible. Let us prepare well for the SP Open!! Other then that, keep yourself fit at home by doing the excersises we normally do during trainings and dont forget about Bow Training :) On a more serious note, our Annual General Meeting (AGM). It is an annual event whereby we welcome the new committee members as well as showing our appreciation for the past comm. members. We will be reviewing our past achievements and setting new goals for NPArchery for the year 2011 POLITE :) ) It will be held on the 29th of Dec , next Wednesday at LT79, 6-9pm. Please make yourselves available on that day and time. Also, bring $10 which will be for the buffet and the materials that were used for the gifts. Comm. Members, Do take note there will be a committee meeting this Saturday. It is compulsory . Those who will be taking minutes, bring some writing materials or a laptop, whichever you are comfortable with. If we do experience the same scenario as the last meeting, we will switch venues.
