This post is a little too late but.. all those on Saturday's open house session, it's the last day of the open house already so make something positive out of the entire event. For the rest of the archers, it'll be very nice if all of you can help out with the open house by promoting Archery, the NP Challenge as well as the open house black cards to every secondary school students. If the queue at our booth is too big, take the initiative to promote other clubs such as netball so that they can first try out the netball booth, then come over to archery.
Because it will be the last day, i don't expect to see anyone being very free. Delegate duties amongst yourselves, like some can teach, some to promote, some to distribute black cards, etc. Any suggestions can be brought up to Zijie for better efficacy, he will be the overall in-charge for Saturday's session, show him your utmost cooperation and do a good job for the finale.
