Hello Archers
This is a reminder once again that should, for any reason, you are unable to make it for trainings... or perhaps you need to leave early, please do message and inform Quanjie, Ingrid or myself (9658 2128) before-hand. This applies to everyone, whether you're senior or junior. Of course, for the juniors, please do include your name in the message because we may not have your number saved in our phones.
I will not accept claims that you've told us during the previous training and such. This is so your message can serve as physical evidence that we've been informed.
It has come to a point where i believe i need to bring this topic to light, because i've had many people come up to me during the training itself citing reasons for their early departure.
This is a serious issue that all of you should take note. Sure, your reasons may be legit. And we are willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. But if it keeps happening, time and again, what does this say about your commitment?
Another reminder of note is that we have an 80% attendance rule in place. In case some of you are not aware of this, this rule requires all archers to achieve at least an 80% attendance (throughout the whole year). Failure to do so would result in he/she not being able to participate in competitions.
That being said, be sure to check in on the blog frequently for updates. It is important that you guys are kept up-to-date.
That will be all.
Cheers
Nicole
