Meeting place: Outside School Gym
Time: 9am
Physical training - Ben & Jk
Bow training - Myk & Yufeng
Running - Hong hui & Zhan xian
The group will be doing different programme and rotate around every week. For example, group 1 doing bow training, group 2 doing physical training and group 3 running.
Group 1:

Each individual group will have a 3 leaders and your roles are to ensure that your group members well-being and encourage them to participate. This strength conditioning will be done after training and is not compulsory, only at your own will.
We will officially start this training next Thursday (28/11/13).

Gym sessions
As you all have already know, that tomorrow (23/11/13) and next Saturday (30/11/13) that is no training. So is highly recommended to all archers to come for gym sessions. There will be a list of exercises planned by Zhan Xian for first timer. This is not compulsory, only at your own will. PLEASE give me a notice if you are coming down.Meeting place: Outside School Gym
