Also, remember to have your breakfast before going to NTU and bring along a big water bottle to remain hydrated.Spare vanes, nocks and toolbox has to be with you on the competition day itself too!
Lastly, do not consume redbull as it is SDO's rule for athletes, and have a good rest!
