Hi Archers! From today onwards, ALL archers are required to submit a training diary and have it sent to coach on the day itself by 11:59pm. Failure to do so would result in a punishment of 30 burpees per missing entry. The format of the training diary can be found below. Do note that the performance of bow maintenance (eg fletching) during training is prohibited. Such maintenance is to be done during breaks, and before or after training. If you have troubles with the tying of nocking points, or adjusting the brace height, seek help from a senior and observe how it is done. It is crucial to know how to perform these adjustments.
