Archers, i noticed a significant drop in the number of people attending the past few trainings. I AM DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. This is not a club which you choose when you want to come or when not to come. Actions need to be taken against those that do not come for trainings. I will give those MIA people a months time to prove to me if they are really committed starting from the very first training when school reopens. If i do not see an improvement on the attendance after one month, i shall not hesitate to take them out of the club. What we need are hardworking and dedicated archers.

I would also like to stress about something on the current active archers too. Results do not come from just a few trainings and that's it. There will only be results when sufficient effort is put in. Although hardwork may not necessarily equates to results. It's at least the best you can do at the current level to get a consistant form and a tighter grouping. If you all cannot take time out to train then at the best you can do is to make the normal training days a good quality one by being more keen and serious. Archery is a mental sport, it depends on what you are thinking of when you are shooting. If you just come for training with a " ai si bua si" attitude, advancement would be a slow process.

You all are not dumb, reflect on the attitudes you all showed me during training and will understand why am i trying to wake every single one of you up at this moment of time.
