Indemnity Form Hey guys! Here's the indemnity form! Please print and submit it to Jay Kay by next Thursday (1 Aug 2013) . If you are not sure of what to fill for certain parts, just leave it blank. The most important thing is your parent's signature and your particulars ! For those who weren't here yesterday, this is for the upcoming Leisure Camp 2013. It's a camp for us to bond over fun! It will be held from 27 Aug 2013 to 29 Aug 2013.  Please keep those dates free! Do note that there will be no training  tomorrow (25 Aug) as there is a combined OEP sharing between the Lifeguards and the archers. Details are in the older post below. If you do not know how to go there, meet at Poolside first! Be punctual and put on your best behavior ! See you then :) Love, Yuxin

Study Break for Exams

Dear Archers, July is coming to an end. Training will officially stop starting on 1st of August. There are still some training left before July comes to an end and I hope everyone will attend training from now till then. Attendance has not been good for the past few training and it doesn't really reflect very nicely on us. Yes I do understand that there are assignments and things like that but everyone has their own assignments and deadlines too. So if they can come for training why can't you? Also, please do remember to text the captains AND Coach if you are not coming for training, coming late for training or leaving early for training. Do not just sit at the study area and do your work or not turn up at all and expect us to infer that you are doing your work and are not going to come for training. I think it's only responsible for you to update us that you won't be coming for training and at the same time make your attendance accounted for. It is not easy to keep

Sports Fiesta + Reflection

Dear archers, Firstly, good job for NTU! Hope you guys have had plenty o' rest. Do remember that training resumes tomorrow. If you want to leave your bows in the store, please contact Yufeng and/or the QMs respectively. Next, our club will be helping out with the Sports Fiesta on Wednesday, 10 July 2013, 5pm. We will require 15~20 people. We will brief you guys again after training tomorrow. Lastly, this is a reminder to archers who have went for the Korea OEP trip. Do remember that you will have to submit your 500 words reflection by this FRIDAY, 12 July 2013. Do email it to Ms June. (I think she sent you guys an email before we went to Korea so just use that address) That's all and I'll see y'all tomorrow! Love, Yuxin.

NTU Open

Dear Archers, tomorrow is the day! Here are the things that you need to know: First will be your detailing. Detailing for Competition Please remember which board you are shooting at and who you are shooting with. Next will be how you fill up the scoresheet. I have filled up the scoresheet as an example for you to follow. Take note that 'X' is considered as '10'. Qualification/Ranking IKO TKO This is more for the juniors. Anything don't understand please ask as this is your first competition. Next is how to get to the place. How to get there There are directions stated in the document. You can follow the directions given. For those who are taking the bus chartered by the school, the bus will be leaving the school at 6.45am. The place for you guys to gather will be the place where the school internal shuttle bus is. For those who are not taking the chartered bus, be at the NTU Field by 7.15am for competitors and 8.15am for the supporters

Korea OEP reflection

This post only applies to those who went for the Korea trip. Dear archers, You are required to do an individual reflection, no less than 500 WORDS. Your reflection should be based on the GOALS you set, the EXPECTATIONS you had and whether you have achieved it, what came across your mind when you were there, your learning experience, what have you BENEFITTED from this trip, etc. Please note that this is your PERSONAL reflection, so there is no need to discuss with fellow archers. The deadline is FRIDAY, 12 JULY 2013, and you're required to send it to Ms June PERSONALLY. (This looks like an assignment brief lol) Anyhow, I hope this will give you some ideas on what to write. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor. Love, Yuxin.
