Exam Results and Training Update

Hi Archers, 1) Results Please email your results to me at elena.isabelle.liu@gmail.com by 8pm next Saturday (4/10). Punishment will be given if you do not send in your results by the end of the deadline. 2) Training Schedule for Sem Break (October) Weekdays (Mon & Wed): 9am - 5pm at Study Area -Bow Training -Equipment Lesson -Gym Session Saturday: 9am - 6pm at Field -Shooting Please take note that the timings stated indicate the start timing of training and do not include time for you to set up. Burpees will be given if you are late for training. This is also the last reminder for all archers to sign up for Gym Orientation and submit their PAR-Q form to Gymwerks as well as to have all the necessary items in their toolbox. Regards, Elena :)

Training Updates

Hi Archers, There will still be training tomorrow (24/09), however, we will be doing Bow Training and teaching the Juniors the basics of equipment before having Gym Training. Training will start at 9am sharp so be ready with all your equipment by 9am. We will be Shooting on Friday (26/09) and on Saturdays for the month of October until school reopens when normal trainings will resume. Normal full day training hours apply for Shooting Trainings during the Semester Break. However, we will still be having BT, equipment lessons and Gym Training on Monday and Wednesday during October, Training will be from 9am to 4pm. All archers are to have their tool box ready with the following items inside: 1. Lighter (Blue Flame Preferably) 2. Alcohol Swab 3. Pen Knife 4. Super Glue 5. Allen Keys 6. Hot Melt Glue 7. 3M tape 8. Pliers, screw driver and Scissors (if possible) In addition, all archers MUST sign up for Gym Orientation and submit the PAR-Q form in order to use the gym. Her

Leisure Camp 2014

Hello archers! Leisure Camp is coming in less than a week! Click here for the packing list to facilitate your packing. And also, please note that the camp fees are $12 per person , please pass the money to me next training (Monday, 15 Sept). If you don't already know, Leisure Camp will be held on the 19-21 September . Please report to the Study Area on 19 September at 0930am . Enjoy the holidays and work hard for training! Dear Archers, This is the file: Training Diary Document And this is a sample of how to fill up the diary: Training Diary Sample If you would like to start a diary for archery you are required to do the following: Write the diary  EVERY DAY  whenever you shoot, regardless of how many arrows you shot. Send the diary to coach on the SAME DAY that you shoot. COACH'S email address:  archer1223@hotmail.com As you need to record the number of arrows that you shot, it is compulsory for you to get a counter to count how many arrows that you have shot. Singapore Archery Open

Hi archers, As you all know, Singapore Archery open is this coming Friday and Saturday(5th and 6th Sept).  Below are 2 photos regarding the timeline and the location of the event. Non-competing archers please come down in your Sports & Wellness T-shirt. If you do not have the S&W shirt, you can come in any NP related shirt.  Archers who do not know how to get there, you can meet some of the seniors at red hill MRT. They will be there from 7:15-7:30 am. Do not be late or they will leave without you. Competing archers please be reminded to have your equipment such as your tool box, towel, extra t-shirt(in case of rain), water bottle and other necessary equipment ready. Remember to mark your arrows with your initials and be in 2013 POL-ITE jersey and in black shorts that are at least knee length. Benjin Lau Vice-Captain
