Congratulations to all the colours award recipients!

Quoted:

Success means having the will to become the person you believe you're meant to be.

"Believe"

That's what Tan Si Lie told himself on those days when training seemed longer than usual, when he didn't seem to be able to hit the bulls eye.
Though he just picked up archery in his first year, the Mechanical Engineering graduate now represents Singapore on an international stage, winning multiple awards and bagging home the gold medals in National competitions.
Though having no fixed training schedule, he trains with the NP Archery Club members six days a week.
"I have my coach to thank" he says. "She supported my throughout my first year. She really brought me up."

Humble words from one of the top and best archers from Ngee Ann Archery Club. It is an indomitable spirit that we can all learn, to excel as both a sports athlete and as a better person.
The club thanks Si Lie and all the archers for their contributions to the club.

Work hard for the year ahead and be a star for the next colours award ceremony.
In someday when you're up achieving and successful, i hope you'll remember your roots and continue to excel as a sportsmen, taking with you the values picked up during your time in the club.

All the best.
