I hope all of you have benefited from the training camp. If you have muscles cramps, its perfectly fine :) Just give it a few days and do some stretching and it'll be fine.
On a lighter note, I can see that all of the juniors are improving in your shooting. Do not be easily bothered or worried about the problems you are facing now. All of the seniors have been through and overcame them. You shall too.
Keep the spirit of the training camp going on even during normal training days. You know the standard that is required to win and the spirit to get you there. So train hard yeah!
