NUS INDOOR 2014

Dear Archers,
Please do let me know if you're interested in participating in NUS INDOOR 2014. 
Important things to take note of:
1) Indemnity form
2) $39 Registration 
Please get these two things ready by Wednesday, during the Funshoot.

Date                      :     14th (Saturday) to 15th (Sunday) June 2014
Time                     :     8:00 am – 9:30 pm on both days

Venue                   :     NUS Multi Purpose Sports Hall 2

General Schedule:     14th June – Individual Ranking Rounds for all categories
15th June – Morning: Institutional Challenge Individual Elimination and Team Elimination
Noon: Lunch and Prize Presentation for Institutional Challenge
Afternoon: NUS Challenge Individual Elimination and Team Elimination
Night: Prize Presentation for NUS Challenge


Individual Ranking Rounds
Competition Format
Recurve Novice:                    2 rounds of 10 ends of 3 arrows at 18m, 40cm single face.
Recurve Intermediate:           2 rounds of 10 ends of 3 arrows at 18m, 40cm vertical triple face.
Recurve Open:                       2 rounds of 10 ends of 3 arrows at 18m, 40cm vertical triple face.    
Compound Open:                  2 rounds of 10 ends of 3 arrows at 18m, 40cm vertical triple face.
                        

Individual Elimination Events
Competition Format
The top 16 individuals (capped at 2 archers per institution) from each category will be selected to compete in the Individual Elimination Events.
Individuals will be seeded according to the scores in “NUS Challenge” Individual Ranking Round. The Individual Eliminations will follow the Set Play system.
Individual Elimination Event: 3-5 sets of 3 arrows at 18m, 40cm single face (for Recurve Novice)
                     3-5 sets of 3 arrows at 18m, 40cm vertical triple face (for Recurve
                           Intermediate, Recurve Open)

Team Elimination Events
Competition Format
The top team of each institution participating in the “Institutional Challenge” will compete in the Team Elimination Events. Teams will be seeded according to the combined total scores of the team’s archers from the Individual Ranking Rounds.
Team Elimination Event:
3-4 sets of 6 arrows at 18m, 40cm vertical triple face X 2 (for each match)

Hi Archers!   NTU IAC 2018 is just a few days away and I hope everyone has been training hard! This year's competition will be held from the 10th to the 11th of March at Nanyang Technological University. Reporting time at competition venue will be at 7.15AM (DO NOT BE LATE) . Do take note that MRT services would start late on both days and that one way transport will be provided from Ngee Ann Polytechnic to Nanyang Technological University. Indemnity Form for Training Camp & NUS Indoor

Hi Archers, 1) Training Camp will be held from 19 June to 21 June. Please print and submit the indemnity form to me BY 10 JUNE (TUESDAY) LATEST . I will be at Block 51, LT 51H from 11am to 4pm. After that, I will be at Ourspace from 430pm to 8pm to collect the forms. If you are unsure of what to fill in for certain parts, just leave it blank. The most important thing to fill in is your particulars, parent's particulars and your signature.   2) NUS Indoor All seniors are to report to NUS at 730am . There will not be any transport provided. Please have your breakfast before reporting or buy something to eat there. Recurve Women Open and Recurve Men Intermediate will start Controllled Practice at 815am.
