Physiotherapist Services

Hi Archers!

Physiotherapist services are currently available in Ngee Ann!

Services provided are:

1. Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
2. Treatment of aches and pains, including backache, neck ache
3. Numbness on the arms/legs, knee pain, ankle sprains
4. Sports, Manipulation and Manual Therapy

Kindly follow the steps below to book your appointment with the Physiotherapist.

For the period of 3rd - 14th Oct 2016

1. Email physioeunique@gmail.com & cc Miss June june_phoon@np.edu.sg in the following format:
• Subject: Physiotherapist Services for (NAME), (CCA CLUB),
• Information Required:
• Student Name, Student ID, mobile number, any allergic/medical history
• Description of you problem
• Please indicate if this is your first consultation or visited a physio previously
2. Arrive at the clinic 5 minutes prior to appointment and present your student ID for verification
3. Cash payment to be made directly to the Physiotherapist after the session and request for a receipt from the Phsyiotherapist upon payment
4. Schedule for next appointment (if any)

For the period after 15 Oct 2016:

1. Visit the physiotherapist directly at Bk 18 #02-13A to book your appointment (Cash payment to be made before the session directly to the Physiotherapist. Request for a receipt)
2. Arrive at the clinic  5 minutes prior to your appointment and present your student ID and receipt for verification 
3. Schedule for next appointment (if any)
